All prices are in NZD - New Zealand Dollars
For NZ orders, we are happy to accept payment via direct bank transfer - please message us if preferred and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
Capulet Jewellery will exchange faulty products, providing the fault lies in the production of the piece.
Please note, refunds will not be given due to change in mind. Exchanges are not applicable to custom made pieces.
In the unlikely case that an item is found to be defective, we will replace this at no extra charge. If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. We will not take responsibility for items damaged with use, and we are unfortunately unable to refund items due to change in mind or incorrect sizing.
Please note, production times will be up to 10-15 working days, as all our items are made to order. Please remember to add this time onto the estimated shipping time period.
All items will be sent via track and trace with NZ Post.
- North Island - Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery
- South Island - Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery
All items will be sent via Airmail with NZ Post.
Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Occasionally, international shipping times may take longer due to delays; although this is out of our control. We will try our best to have your items delivered as soon as possible. Please be advised, if you have selected international postage, we are unfortunately unable to provide a tracking system for your items.

Please note, additional international custom charges, taxes, levies or duties may be applicable in your country; this is the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered in the cost of postage.
